Housing Program

FMK’s Housing Program consists of 3 components: the Navigator Program, the Short Term Housing Program, and the Referral Program.

If you are having an issue obtaining housing and currently have income, one of these may be a viable option for you. If you have any questions, call 443-449-5619.

Whether it takes one peron or three, we’ll figure it out together.

Navigator Program

The Navigator Program is a part of the Coordinated Access system. In partnership with the Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services (MOHS), we enroll our clients into a system in order to be eligible for a Housing Voucher. This program does not guarantee that you will automativcally get a voucher, however it does make you eligible for one.

On Wednesdays, we have walk-in/appointment intake days from 12-2 pm, and follow up sessions via phone on Tuesdays and Thursdays scheduled by staff. We also have 3 in-house therapy companies to primarily service our clients.

If you are unsure of whether you qualify, or just have general questions about the program, please give us a call at 443-449-5619 for more information.
