Out of School Time (OST) Program
Our OST programming is led and facilitated by our sister organization Bro Code Baltimore under the direction of their Executive Director, Jamais Burts and Aftercare Lead, Terrell Carpenter.
This program was developed and created to supplement the school curriculum instead of eliminate it. The focus is to teach ideas that are under-utilized in a traditional school, such as critical life skills that the time restraints and lack of personalized attention that the school does not have the capacity to have.
Our program incorporates academic enrichment, mentoring, cultural enrichment and exposure, and wrap-around services that focus on the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health of all of our youth and families. Staffing is based on a 1:7 staff to child ratio, and is provided by experienced and well-trained staff.
Our positive teaching practices, proper family support, and open communication is our guarantee that your child is in the right hands.
